Most Soul Stitch items are made to order. That means we don’t mass-produce or stockpile inventory.

• Production times vary and are clearly stated on each product page

• Pre-orders may take longer than standard retail shipping

• Ordering means you acknowledge and accept these timelines

We’ll always be upfront. No surprises.

Orders & Accuracy

You’re responsible for providing:

• correct shipping info

• correct sizing and customization details

Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. Orders are not confirmed until payment is complete.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because items are made specifically for you:

• Pre-orders and custom items are final sale

• If we mess up, we fix it. Period.
